Sewing Process

1- The first part of assembling the hats is cutting the fabric. My mom helped me with developing the pattern. We have modified it from hats I have found and liked the fit.

2- The hats then go through the serger and are sandwiched together.

3- Next up, I sew on our Trapline 2 U label.

4- I then cut into the pelts and cut them into pieces to be made into pom-poms.

5- I then hand-sew the pieces of fur into the pom and attach them to the assembled hats.

7- The final stage is attaching the tag which states what size and what type of fur is on the hat.
